Originally from a small town in Upstate South Carolina, Blake spent over a decade living and working in Atlanta before making his way to the Georgia coast. With experience in both small-town and city living, he brings a well-rounded perspective to helping clients find not just a home, but the right fit for their lifestyle.
He earned his degree in Construction Management while studying Real Estate Development, giving him a strong understanding of how homes are built and what to look for beyond the surface. Before transitioning into real estate, Blake spent over 20 years in the film and television industry, most recently working as a coordinator on major productions. That background shaped his ability to stay organized, communicate clearly, and keep things moving in fast-paced environments—skills that now serve his clients every day.
Blake comes from a background rooted in small business, along with experience in both the arts and education, which continues to influence his approach—practical, creative, and people-focused.
Outside of real estate, Blake stays busy with a range of ongoing projects and creative pursuits. Most days have him somewhere near the water or exploring different corners of the Savannah area. When he slows down, he enjoys time at home with his rescue tortie cat, Emory, or heading back to the foothills of the Carolina mountains to be with family.
