Born and raised in Savannah, Georgia, Holly’s roots in the Lowcountry run deep. Her early studies in Historic Preservation sparked a lifelong appreciation for the city’s architecture and history. She spent eight seasons working with the National Park Service at Fort Pulaski National Monument, where her understanding of Savannah’s heritage and community truly flourished.
Holly went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Outdoor Education from Georgia College & State University in Milledgeville. During college, she focused heavily on risk management and earned certifications as a Wilderness First Responder and Swiftwater Rescue Instructor. These experiences strengthened her ability to stay calm, organized, and solution-oriented in complex situations. Her professional background has taught her how to navigate and facilitate positive experiences and outcomes, skills she now applies every day to guide clients confidently through the home buying and selling process.
As a small business owner for over a decade, Holly brings a hands-on, client-focused approach to real estate, ensuring every buyer and seller feels supported from start to finish.
Outside of real estate, Holly is a married mom of three little ones. She loves spending time outdoors—camping, fishing, and enjoying the beach with a good non-fiction book in hand. She has a newly found passion for running. Their family has one cool cat and two dogs, including a retired service dog Holly trained.
Holly combines her background in design, education, and small business with a deep connection to Savannah, helping her clients find not just a house—but a place to truly call home.
